The Members Only Private Dinner Club’s kickoff event will feature Chef Ian McClain, who has prepared a delicious 4 course menu for this very special event on Friday, October 26th. This is a ticketed event and by invitation only.

1st course (served family style)
Lobster Spring-rolls with apricot sauce
Andouille Stuffed Mushrooms

2nd course
Choice of garden salad, cup of gumbo, or cup of crawfish bisque

~ Roast Duck
Creole brined duck leg & thigh roasted with caramelized shallot & marmalade demi glaze, complemented with sweet potato & hericot vert

~Chilean Seabass 
Pecan encrusted, pan seared, served over sweet potato & finished with brown butter sauce

~Rack of Lamb
Cajun Marinated, pan seared & served with smoked andouille jambalaya & crawfish bordelaise


~Filet Mignon
Bacon wrapped, pan seared, served with smoked red potato quiche & Bourbon Street shrimp

~Crab Stuffed Lobster Tail
Over smoke andouille jambalaya, topped with crawfish etoufee
