Ian McClain began his career working in a small family run tavern at the age of 14. Developing a taste for culinary arts, he worked hard to learn the trade, eventually enrolling in the Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge. While attending, Ian's passion for Creole cuisine pushed him to further learn the rare techniques required to build authentic Cajun dishes. Most of his career was centered around private Golf clubs, upscale weddings, and multi-venue food and beverage management.
Ian McClain currently lives in Lansdale, PA with his wife, Emily, and 3 children.
